To ensure the fastest possible delivery across Australia, Zo Techno utilizes Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
- What this means for you: Our inventory is stored in secure warehouses right here in Australia. When you place an order on our site, it is automatically routed to the nearest warehouse for immediate picking, packing, and shipping.
- Packaging: Please note that your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. This allows us to utilize their premium delivery network to get your items to you faster than standard post.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a maximum of one day. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

- Regional/Remote Areas: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for delivery to regional or remote locations (e.g., parts of WA, NT, or rural QLD).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
- The carrier used is Amazon Logistics, which ensures the package reaches your specific location as quickly as possible.
5. Delivery Issues
- Wrong Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you make a mistake, email us immediately. Once an order is processed by our fulfillment center (often within an hour), we cannot change the address.
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@zotechno.com.au with photos of the damage. (See our Returns Policy for more details).
- Lost Packages: If your tracking states “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Currently, Zo Techno ships exclusively within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
