How long will my order take to arrive? We pride ourselves on speed. Most orders across Australia are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer (up to 5 days).
Why did my package arrive in an Amazon box? To get your order to you as fast as possible, Zo Techno partners with a premium logistics network that stores our stock in warehouses across Australia. This network is powered by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. This means your item is picked, packed, and shipped by the nearest warehouse to your location, often using their branded packaging to ensure next-level speed and security.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships (usually within 24 hours), you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel via the carrier’s website (e.g., Australia Post, Toll, or Amazon Logistics).
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship exclusively within Australia to ensure the fastest delivery times and best customer support.
Returns & Warranty
What if my item is faulty? We stand by the quality of our “Vital Tech.” All electronic products come with a 12-Month Warranty. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please email us at support@zotechno.com.au with a photo or video of the issue, and we will sort out a replacement or refund for you.
Can I return an item if I change my mind? Yes! We offer a 30-Day Change of Mind Policy. If the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return? Simply email our support team with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct address to send it back to.
Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and [Optional: Afterpay/Zip if you have them]. All payments are processed through a secure encrypted gateway.
Can I cancel or change my order? Because our warehouse processes orders incredibly fast (often within an hour), we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. However, please email us immediately with the subject line “URGENT CANCEL,” and we will do our best to catch it before it ships.
